By juicing, I get all the nutrients and I eat my regular daily food....without adding all the extra fiber (CARBS). I wish I was able to eat all that in an entire day, but I just never seem to get to it. I have been thinking of saving the fiber (the pulp that is pushed out) and making muffins or something out of it....instead of putting it in my composting bin.
